Here’s a look at the market statistics for April for Franklin County. The overall recovery continues as April showed across the board gains in all categories. Inventory continues to be an issue which is contributing to higher pricing(supply and demand). Many sellers I’ve talked to about listing are hesitant because they are afraid they will not be able to find a suitable home. That seems to be a general theme in many parts of the country as well. There are buyers in the market, so please give me a call for a free market analysis of your home if you’d like to know the value today! Click on the link below to view the April statistics.
