As Yogi Berra said, “It’s deja vu all over again.” September market numbers continued the downward trend from August with an overall 11% drop over September of 2013. For the year through September we are virtually even. Last year there had been 1.036 sales versus 1,025 for this year. Washington County showed a healthy 6.6% increase over last year, so all the news wasn’t bad! Please click on the link to see the figures for the month.
