July Market Stats

Here’s the latest market statistics for Franklin and Washington County.  Through June of this year, Franklin County has seen 660 sales versus  620 for the same period last year.  Washington County has seen 681 sales through the end of June versus 601 for the same period last year.  Click on the link below to download the Excel spreadsheet.
