COVID-19 Real Estate Update

The Pennsylvania House passed a bill yesterday, Senate Bill 613, that would allow real estate activities, among other businesses, to resume under CDC guidelines.  The bill now goes back to the Senate for concurrence.  Governor Wolf has been quoted as saying that “he will consider it.”

Obviously, even getting open will not be a return to normal but it will give us an opportunity to serve our buyers and sellers.  We will be ready to help you buy or sell!

Update to the story, the Governor veto’d the bill and the “Stay at Home” order has been extended to May 8.  Restrictions may start to ease in rural counties first.
