November saw a 37.88% increase in the dollar volume of sold residential real estate in Franklin county over 2017 and finished at a bit over 26.5 million dollars. The number of homes sold also increased by 22%, 136 vs. 111 in 2017. For the year, dollar volume is up 4.20% but the total number of homes sold is down by 4%. Inventory continues to be a problem as the number of new listings is off by 2.36% over last year. At the end of November, there were 635 active listings vs. 676 last year.
