March was not a great month for the home selling market in Franklin county. Much was due to the continuing bad weather conditions, but certainly economic factors are still working against the recovery in our market. It also seems the run of low interest rates may be coming to an end. As the FED continues to curtail bond purchasing, many expect rates to rise into the upper 5’s by the end of the year.
