Here’s the first look at the new year in real estate and the Franklin County market continued to show growth into 2017. If you are a buyer out looking for homes and think that inventory is light, you’d be correct. New listings are down 21% from the same period last year. Sellers seem to be holding off on listing for now with the number of homes on the market standing under 700.
