Year end 2016 market statistics have been released by RBI market statistics and show the continuing comeback of the housing market in Franklin County. Overall, sales of detached homes rose by over 10% for the year with attached homes showing they are a popular option, growing over 14% for the year. The most popular price range for the year? 3BR detached homes between 150-199K followed by 100-149K, and 4BR or more 200-249K.
