If you are considering buying a home this spring, one of the things you want most is information. There are a number of tools available to you to assist you with your home search. If you have a smart phone take a look at the following apps that might make your search just a little easier. They are available in all platforms.
MRIS-This is the local public multi-list app. It’s my favorite because it is easy to use and uses your location to pull up homes for sale around you. Most of the information you would find on a website is available including photos of the home.
Zillow, Realtor, Trulia, Homes-all have apps that I have used with varying degrees of success. Some are easier to use than others. It just depends on what you’re looking for.
