June continued the strong Spring market for Franklin county. Buyers are finding inventory a bit more challenging as active listings are down, numbering 852 in June compared with 973 at this time last year. Interest rates continue at historic lows, so if you are a buyer and can find yourself a home it is STILL a great time to buy. Sellers, pricing are making some advances but the need is still there to price your home correctly for it to sell! For information about buying or selling, call Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty.
