December 2010 Market Statistics
Here is the final month statistics for Franklin County. While they offer a mixed bag of information, the overall trend is showing some positive signs. We were able to finish slightly ahead of last year with sales and pending sales are also up, offering some hope for the next few months. While interest rates are starting to creep up a bit, prices are still very good if you are in the market to buy. Same holds true if you are selling and moving up or to another area. Prices should be good. Here’s to a good start in 2011.
