Final housing stats for 2018 for Franklin county have been released and show a nearly 4% rise in dollar volume for the year, but a 1.42% decrease in the number of homes sold. The average sold price for a detached home for the year came in at $190,755.
The year end statistics were pulled down by December, which saw a decrease in dollar volume over last December by over 11 million dollars or 34.79%! Total units in December were off by 20.65%.
