Here’s a first look at home stats for 2015 and both Franklin and Washington County saw an increase in the overall number of homes sold versus last year. Washington County’s numbers were higher in both dollar volume and number of transactions while Franklin county saw an overall decrease in the dollar volume despite the increase in number of homes sold.
