Here’s a look at the homes that sold in Franklin and Cumberland Counties in the month of April. The dollar volume represents an increase over last April of over $4,000,000 with total sales in the survey area going from 106 to 130, both positive signs. However, short sales and foreclosures still made up nearly 25% of the sales for the month. All sales are from homes reported as sold during the month from MRIS.
