August saw a continuation of the hot market from July with an increase in overall sales in the county by a whopping 21.82%! Total volume was nearly 45 million, up from 36.8 million in August of 2019. Total units sold rose from 184 to 209 or 13.59%. The 209 were made up of 169 detached and 40 attached homes. The average price increased by nearly 6% to $213,526. Those are numbers not seen since 2006! Inventory numbers are dismally low from last year with only 236 active listings in August compared to 586 in August 2019.
