Before we get too far into September, here’s a look at the July market statistics for Franklin county, PA. As expected, the numbers are up pretty dramatically with total dollar volume at almost 45 and a half million dollars, a 26% change over last year. Total number of units sold were up 31% for the month with detached homes up a whopping 41.48%!
At the other end, active listings are down 50% over the same time last year. If you’ve been involved in any of the “bidding wars” for homes, you’ve probably experienced this lack of inventory.
